Growth

Growth is an acrylic painting inspired by a neon vibrant hedge that I walked past everyday to get to my university studio. At the time I was just settiling into my new studio for the year and pushing myself to explore new methods of making. With this painting i was playing with a fluorescent paint as a back wash which resulted in my favourite painting to date.
